Kasugai Kizuna Marathon 2016

Attended Kasugai Kizuna Marathon as a guest runner for the 3rd year in a row.

This is a charity marathon which supports earthquake recovery in Tohoku and Kyushu.

And also this is an unprecedented marathon race which is held at driving school.

I've never seen or run such a unique marathon in Japan.

As this is a 2.5 hour-relay marathon, runners have to pass the TASUKI belt in a relay race.

I was a leader of Team Kizuna which was made up of 7 runners.

Most of us the members ran in One-Tooth Geta.

That's why our team was sometimes called Team One-Tooth Geta.

We were not very fast runners but we enjoyed running the most.

Running together means living together in this era on the planet earth.

We realize we're all connected to each other under the same sky, which can create WORLD PEACE!
